This personalized wood carved baby plaque is done with the following: The baby’s name, date born, time born, baby’s length, and weight with the design in the photo. 

The wood we use for this plaque is spruse stained cherry with a clear sealer. The letters are painted black and red.. 

It measures 16” long and 11 1/4” high and 3/4" thick with two Small Triangle D-Ring hangers on the back.

Please send us your Information for you plaque. We will need this to make your plaque. I will send you a draft photo for your approval before I carve your plaque. Please check your email regular to approve your design.
