This beautiful plaque is carved with the Coast Guard logo. The plaque is carved with spruce wood stained antique cherry, finish with a outdoor / indoor sealer, and a saw tooth hanger (see photos) on the back for a perfect hanging plaque. Great gift for the enlisted and retired military veterans.

EACH PIECE OF WOOD IS DIFFERENT IN THAT IT TAKES THE STAIN DIFFERENTLY. SOME WOOD TAKES THE STAIN AND IT COMES OFF A SHADE DARKER OR A SHADE LIGHTER THEN THE NEXT PIECE OF WOOD. THE STAIN COLORS WE USED IS THE ONE ADVERTISED FOR THE SIGN YOU PURCHASED.
